The 5 bedrooms are equipped with all comforts and private bathrooms. There are also family rooms available, one for up to 5 people. Discover the bedrooms and book your favourite.
Recently there is AIRCONDITIONING in all rooms. Therefor we have invested in additional solar panels so that the energy for cooling can be generated in a sustainable way.

… a delicious breakfast
If you choose a room with breakfast, an extensive breakfast is included.
This is composed of various fruit juices, coffee, tea, infusions, water, bread, pistolets, vienoiserie, sweet and savoury fillings, granola, yoghurt, fruit. We pay attention to home-made delicacies and local products.

- Check-in: 5 pm – 9 pm (earlier or later possible on request)
- Check-out: at last 10:30 am
- Breakfast: Sat-Sun: 8 am – 10 am | Mo-Fr: 7 am – 9 am
- Free parking and secure locked bicycle storage with charging point for electric bicycles.
- In the guest area you will find our ‘honestybar’ filled with regional beers, water, soft drinks, wine, coffee and tea.
- Some periods PassaDia can be rented only as a holiday home. Then you and your family, friends or colleagues have the entire house (incl. kitchen) at your disposal in all privacy.

- Room based on two persons: 105€ – 140€ (the longer the stay, the cheaper the price)
- Room based on one person: €89 – €99
- Price for children in the room with two adults:
– Baby < 3 y: € 5 - Child from 3 y and < 12 y: € 27 - From 12 y: 35€ - There is no tourist tax

- On site Bancontact/Maestro/Visa/Mastercard or cash payment
- For reservations more than 2 weeks in advance, an advance payment may be requested via bank transfer or via the credit card indicated at the time of reservation.
